Jewish economy is guided largely by the five axioms which are descendant from the Ten Commandments that Jews have to live by. These axioms are the reason that Jews naturally do well in any choose field of interest and accumulate wealth quite fast. Judaism is probably the only religion that places such great stress on the need for man to create and build while amassing wealth from his honest labor.

The first axiom relates with the fact that Man was created in the image of God and that God created the world in just 6 days leaving it to be perfected and completed in the hands of man. This meant that man had to be productive and creative in his life aiming at increasing the beauty and exploring the secrets of the world so as to utilize its abundant resources and energy for the development of the world. The second axiom talks of protection of private property that in fact borrows heavily from two commandments namely, thou shall not steal and thou shall not covet your neighbor’s belongings.

This axiom prohibits Jews from entering suspicious business practices and performing trickery to earn money. The third axiom in fact encourages the amassing of wealth saying that it is blessed to possess wealth if it has been earned through the hard and honest work of an individual as those who work hard have the right to enjoy the fruits of their work. The penultimate axiom deals with supporting the less blessed groups of the society throw offerings while the last axiom offers a word of caution on governance and bureaucracy suggesting that its role is to govern only the adequate distribution of resources to the people.
